Panasonic HDC-SD5
OK, I normally don't spend all my time looking at consumer HD cameras. But I can think of lots of uses for the Panasonic HDC-SD5 reviewed at eirikso.com
And if you have FCP 6.0.1 or later, you can actually edit this AVC stuff.
