Peter McGoldrick complains about stations where almost all the programming was played back from VHS, cheep limited animation and the quality of cell phone video. Yes, as engineers we’d like to only ‘send the very best’. But as people who contribute to the bottom line, we can’t forget that “It’s the content, stupid!” Whether it is  an hour long show on VHS or cell phone video of the  London Underground bombing – it’s the message and not the pipe that’s important.
